What is your processing time?
Our processing time is 1-2 business days from the date your order is placed.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you'd like to cancel or modify your order, you can reach out to us via our 'Contact' page. Please make sure to include your order number and specific request. Keep in mind that orders cannot be modified once fulfilled and cannot be canceled once sent out.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. We plan to expand our shipping internationally in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
Why doesn’t the free shipping discount apply when I purchase gift cards along with other items?
The 'free shipping' discount only applies to physical products that require shipping. If your order includes a gift card, the value of the gift card is not counted toward the free shipping threshold. This means that even if the total value of your order, including the gift card, meets the free shipping requirement, you will not qualify for free shipping because the gift card is not a shippable item.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You have up to 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return–as long as the items are sent back in their original condition and packaging. Please note that all e-gift card sales are final and cannot be returned, as well as any sale items.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us via our 'Contact' page or email us at contact@sorellaofficial.com. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted or processed.
Please note that all returns are subject to our discretion. We reserve the right to approve or decline any return request for any reason, and each return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the return request is based on a failure to understand the disclaimers and details provided in our listings.
How do I make a return? Will I get a refund?
We want to make returns as easy as possible! To initiate a return, simply reach out to us via our 'Contact' page or email us at contact@sorellaofficial.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return. You have up to 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund for the returned items once we’ve received them. The refund will be processed to your original payment method and typically appears within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Can I exchange items from my order?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Do you offer in-person shopping options?
For now, Sorella is an online-only shop. While we don't offer in-person options just yet, we're exploring opportunities to meet you at festivals and markets in the future! Stay tuned if you're local to the St. Louis, Missouri area.
You don’t have an item that I’m looking for…can I request it?
Absolutely! We’re always open to customer requests and love hearing what you’d like to see on our site. To request an item, you can send us a message through our 'Contact' page.
Please keep in mind that a request is not a guarantee–finding and adding new products takes time, and we can’t promise immediate availability. We carefully consider each request and add new items to our shop as it fits with our values and timeline.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, we are actively working to introduce this option in the near future!
